It is an open and participatory platform aimed at enhancing the culture of innovation in public administration and contributing to the achievement of public administration objectives set out in policy planning documents.

The Innovation Expert Network is open to all public sector employees whose job responsibilities are related to innovation or the use of innovative methods, or who have an interest in innovation issues and are willing to promote the use of innovative approaches in their institution.

Members of the Innovation Expert Network are the first to be invited to participate in the various training sessions and events organised by the Lab, and are kept informed of the latest activities and initiatives of the Lab.
